Please creating a "sorting" rule ie numbering etc so that goals can be found easily.

This feature is not fit for purpose. You should be able to have nested goals and sub goals. Without having tasks visibly relating to specific goals the reason I'm using Teamflect is defunct. I hope you can prioritise this! Also a team member should be able to navigate individual goals and select if they want these to show up to find quickly with the tasks. Having more of a visual/graphic frame work would be best!

During performance reviews, managers and team members set personal development goals, and these goals should ideally be linked to tasks. I'd like to see if it is possible to add a task during the review process, specifically mentioning a scenario where, say, the reviewer would like to assign a task related to a wage discussion to an HR business partner.
