Currently our director level leaders and managers would like access to see the reports module. We can do this through the Report Reader role, however, this allows them to see all notes, shared or private, for all employees in their scope. We ensured our employees that private notes remained private so it does not feel right to turn on Report Reader access to managers if we can not limit visibility to private notes and actually keep them private as one would assume.

Would be valuable to have the ability to select which reports you want different users to have access to when configuring their role. Currently this requires a manual export to get any data to managers by an admin so we ensure privacy.
