It would be helpful to extend automatic translation to employee profile content, role descriptions, and competency names, descriptions, and levels. Currently, competency content remains in its original language when review sections are translated.

This would help multilingual organizations provide content in employees’ preferred languages without manually maintaining multiple versions.
