Direct report edit rights to managers goals

Now that it is possible for managers to edit direct reports, it would be greate with the opposite. Maybe just to be able to update progress and not the goal itself. We currently have many goals with multiple owners, as they need more people to contribute to the progress updates. This creates confusion when it comes to final ownership.

Yes that is exactly what I meant. Sure, I can ellaborate on when it would be useful. For some categories of goals, we have managers as owners, but they are not always responsible for doing all of the work towards the goal. In those cases it would be benefical for the directs to be able to update progress, but since the manager is still the owner and has decided the direction, they (directs) shouldnt be able to change that. We could add them as owner, but often it is a full time that contributes to a goal, this would mean many many owners.
