It would be useful to make the salary range (in the Career section) visible to all users to promote transparency. This would be useful in light of the recent EU Directive 2023/970, which must be implemented in all member states by June 2026 and which makes transparency in this regard mandatory.

The role management allows to add the minimum and maximum salary but that is not visible to employees.
