Parent goal filter including year + status

Rich Whitehouse

It would be good if when searching for a parent goal (eg department goals) if the year of that goal was also stated as it does not default to the current year, or if the goal is open or closed. if the year is not possible to add, maybe the status would help ensure that we associate individual goal to the correct years department goal

Myka - sure! So when I was adding my goals for this year, some of them are either rolling on from last year or are repeat goals. Im my area (legal), this is often the case. But as the goals are closed (parent and child), when I try to search for this years goals to link to (or my managers dept goals), I have no way of knowing which goal is this year, last year, year before etc - because they all look the same. For example see screenshot

So if by the goal it showed which year it was for, or if open or closed, would save a lot of trial and error trying to find the one that is for this year
