Currently, reviews can only be published at the time the administrator clicked “publish”. Hopefully there could be a feature that administrator can pre-set the review publishment date.

Use case example:

We need new joiner and the Manager to conduct two times review during the probation period (namely first and final review).

We do not want the administrator has to mark down a task and keep going back to admin center to publish the final review in the middle of the probation period. Thus, we published both first and final reviews at the very beginning when the new joiner onboard.

However, very often, staff and Managers completed a wrong review. E.g. conducted the final review in the early stage that supposed they should conduct the first review…….

If there is a scheduled publish review feature, administrator can pre-set the final review publishment date. Both first review and final review configuration can be done in one-go at the very beginning and no need administrator to “come back to follow up” later on. Final review should then NOT visible until the pre-scheduled publishing date.
