Enable users to print 360-degree feedback directly from the platform for easier sharing and documentation.

I have a suggestion for the Feedback module. When I want to ask for feedback I can do it for myself or a team member. As an Admin, I should be able to ask for feedback for anyone in the company…. Not just my team members.

It would be very helpful to have a visual representation of the number of feedback requests versus the number of fulfilled requests. This would make it easier to understand the data without having to perform manual calculations.

Currently, when users submit feedback, it automatically assigns it to the current appraisal year. However, upon further review, we believe it would be more beneficial for the feedback to be assigned to the previous appraisal year that is currently being reported on. This adjustment would provide greater accuracy and relevance to the feedback data, aligning it more closely with the evaluation period in question. It will help us better understand the context and relevance of the feedback provided by users. Could you please confirm the status of the investigation into the feasibility of implementing this change?

The "About" feature only allows a request for feedback about "me (meaning the manager)" or "about someone else on the team" I propose that you add and option for "about myself" so that a manager can request feedback through either a feedback form or freeform questions outside of the self-assessment.

Hi, Each feedback cycle and feedback request should have a very identifiable name to see and manage what feedback request pertains to what cycle. We have some recurring feedback every month, and if someone has not submitted for the previous month, she will have two requests appearing of the similar type. And the worst case is if she gives a feedback for the previous month in the current month feedback request
